We started as "after-work winemakers". With 66 ares (6600m²) steep slope - an area that makes some smile - we have taken over the winery Heinz-Friedel Zahn in 1994. We are Eckhard Zahn and Sonja Theobald-Zahn. Today our wines grow on 1,3 ha (13000m²). Bacharach Steeg is known for its excellent Riesling wines, so 95% Riesling grapes and 5% Pinot Noir grapes grow on our steep slopes. We also currently offer online wine tasting. Therefore, each of our rooms has a different look. From antique to modern you can choose a room. Our rooms are equipped with shower and toilet (in room 3 the bathroom is on the corridor opposite). In addition, our house has free WLAN. Our tavern is open in the season (except in the summer vacations) on Saturdays from 18 o'clock and on Sundays from 17 o'clock.
