The story of Alt Andernach begins in Suharekë, a town in Kosovo, where the family of the current owners Enver and Valon founded one of the town's best-known restaurants in 1980. This restaurant quickly became a cornerstone of the local community and was known for its welcoming atmosphere and delicious Balkan cuisine. In search of new opportunities and with a desire to continue their family's culinary tradition, Enver and Valon moved to Germany around ten years ago. Driven by their passion for hospitality and their commitment to their heritage, they decided to open a new restaurant in Andernach called ‘Alt Andernach’, which will open its doors in May 2024

Close to St Mary's Cathedral, the Round Tower and the Historic Garden, we offer a meeting place for fine dining and hospitality.
