Peter Fridén, originally from South Korea and raised in Sweden, brings together the best of both worlds by combining the clear, delicate flavours of Japan with the fresh, local ingredients of Scandinavia. This blend has not only pleased our guests, but was recently rewarded with a Michelin star.
