The organic farm Brückner with ‘Brückners Lädchen’ is certified with ‘Einkaufen auf dem Bauernhof’ and from 2020 a recognised organic farm according to DE-ÖKO-006. The topic of nature conservation is very important to the Brückner family. The farm offers various types of vegetables from the permaculture garden, as well as 20 different varieties of tomatoes. The Limousin cattle and sheep graze on lush green meadows from spring to autumn. Species-appropriate animal husbandry, a short route to slaughter and a longer maturing period for the meat guarantee the best quality. Home-made products such as fruit spreads, juices, savoury products such as pickled cucumbers and tomatoes and courgette chilli, as well as home-made chillies are also on offer.
