Founded in 1898 by Wilhelm Selbach, the traditional Selbach butcher's shop in Andernach is now run by the fourth generation. Today, modern, hygienic and environmentally conscious production and smoking facilities ensure optimum quality and freshness. Daily fresh, high-quality beef and pork from the region as well as our permanently low prices ensure the popularity of our products far beyond the region.

We still produce ourselves

With the know-how of over 100 years, we produce canned sausage, meat loaf, sausage and much more according to old and new recipes. State-of-the-art production facilities and hygiene standards are a matter of course for us.
