In an idyllic side valley of the Rhine, our vineyard and guesthouse lie beautifully quiet directly opposite the vineyards. Oberwesel - Engehöll is located in the UNESCO World Heritage Middle Rhine Valley, about 40 km from Koblenz with the German Corner and the cable car to Ehrenbreitstein Fortress, and only 12 km to Loreley.

Oberwesel serves as a central starting point for hiking tours on the Rhine Castle Trail or the neighboring Rhine Steig. From here, you can start cycling tours along the Rhine or Nordic walking routes on the Rhine heights and the hilly landscapes of the Hunsrück. In this central location, Sennerhof is attractively embedded among vineyards and gentle hills.

For over 200 years, we have been cultivating viticulture in the 7th generation in the valley of Loreley. Our estate comprises 3.5 hectares of vineyard on steep slopes. We produce grape variety typical wines that are aged in wooden barrels. Variety spectrum: about 80% Riesling, along with Pinot Gris, Schönburger, and Pinot Noir. The estate tavern offers you regional snacks. Our new terrace with a view of Schönburg invites you to linger.

We are keen to offer the right wine for every occasion. Therefore, our range includes everything from table wine to Kabinett, Spätlese, Auslese, and the noble sweet Beerenauslese to the specialty Ice wine. The offer is rounded off with sparkling, elegant Riesling Winzersekt and red sekt. As a digestif, we recommend our Riesling brandy or pomace.

Even at breakfast, you don't have to do without our products. A wonderful grape jelly in red or white, as well as a glass of grape juice, sweeten the morning.

As the latest addition to our range, we present to you pralines made from our own wine and liqueur.
