Monument in honor of Princess Carmen Sylva
Park, named after Princess Elisabeth of Wied (1843-1916), who married Prince Karl of Hohenzollern, who was King of Romania from 1866 to 1914, in 1869. Elisabeth became known by her pen name "Carmen Sylva" and through her social engagement.
There is also a memorial in the form of a bronze plaque at the entrance to the park.
