The apartment with terrace and garden, completed in 2020, is located in the rear part of a 4-party residential building and has its own entrance. There are parking spaces in front of the front door.

The house is located on the edge of the forest, within walking distance you can reach the abbey, the climbing forest, the Brexbachtal and hiking trails. A few minutes' walk away you can reach the Sayner Castle with the beautiful park, the castle and the Sayner Hütte, which offers not only sights but also a rich cultural offering.
